People in Tryambak call Nirgudpada as Takehars. The name Nirgudpada is not commonly used here.
The trek from Bhramagiri to Harihar is quite feasible and can be done in 4 hours.
Stay atop Harihar in Monsoons can be tricky if the temple is completely wet due to dripping water.

kulang-alang trek was finalised..n after a lots of additions n deletions…we finally were nine of us..( 3 kakas…eldest …54 yrs….n youngest one…as myself… ;) Belsare kaka, Jadhav kaka and my father…n…myself, raj, vijay, anil, rahul and rohini..
leaving sun afternoon…mon tue n wed..night return was our program schedule..
